This hotel was great. The front desk went above and beyond their duties. We had a wedding in town and flew in early am and usual check in is at 3 but I called a few days before and they arranged for a clean room to be ready and we checked in by 9:30am. They have a great breakfast, a afternoon snack and a great dinner with alcohol, soda and many hot food items to choose from all included with the room. The room was immaculate and tv wonderful. Only downside was pool and hot tub were out of order and I wished that was on their website or on travelocity. The area was great right across from a great mall and a ton of restaurants.

Very nice. Everyone from the front desk to the little lady at breakfast was just super. The hot breakfast and the cocktails were a plus, too. The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, too. Very clean, well kept, and affordable rates make this hotel a hotel for us in the future as well. We will return.

We stayed 5 days and were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, comfortable, and most important, clean. The free breakfast was better than most offered by hotels, and included eggs, french toast and waffles along with cereal, fruit, yogurt and breakfast breads. They even offered snacks and beverages in the evening. The hotel offers exercise equipment and a business center where I was able to print out our airline boarding passes. It also is close to restaurants, stores, and the convention center. Given all of this, we will stay there again if we find ourselves in the area.

We were in the middle of moving and closing on our house and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. The Drury Inn & Suites in The Woodlands was one of the least expensive and closest to where we needed to be. The hot breakfast in the morning was a blessing and just what we needed to start our busy days. The comfortable bed was the perfect answer to our weariness at the end of a long day of moving. The front desk clerks were always accommodating and eager to make our stay wonderful.

My biggest concern is the ""security"". In the parking area, you use your key to get out of the parking area but you don't need it to get in. Also, both nights we were there in the back lobby entry someone was sitting around letting anyone that approached the door into the building, if they were an employee they were not appropriately dressed. My biggest complaint is that on the second night of our stay beyond the area of the adjoining door (to a work/common room? No numbers were on the door in the hall to the room that connected to our room) at 12:30 till 2:30a.m. people (employees?) were speaking loudly enough that it would have been disturbing even in the daytime. Even after speaking to them at 12:30 I had to call the front desk at 2:00.
